ok so i have been really self contious lately. all my bffs r crazy skinny! and i feel like a big fat air baloon! ive been working out and i dont feel any better bout my self!!! ugh... so once again fast ways 2 lose weight but keep the just of my curves...... also i want beuty tips for every thing i waant 2 feel prity around all my gorgeous friends! plees answer........

let me start off with this. you are pretty no matter what. you are gorgeous they way you are now! being skinny doesnt necessarily mean you are pretty and gorgeous. you cant get too skinny or you will have no curves like myself...but if you exercise EVERYDAY and stay hydrated you could lose weight! for a dessert, try eating occasional strawberries and whipped cream instead of a hot fudge sundae. i hope this works for you! what ever you do DONT starve yourself that is NEVER healthy and it may even cause you to GAIN weight! if this doesnt work ask your doctor or a friend who has lose weight what they think you should do :) good luck!

you are gorgeous the way you are, no matter how skinny/curvy you are[; you shouldn't compare yourself to your friends, it will only make you feel self-conscious about yourself, as your will see the good in them that you will not see in yourself. maybe just do some simple cardio for about thirty minutes eveydaay? and remember to eat healthily and drink plenty of water to keep you looking fressh and hydrated[:

i hav that problem 2..i hav the boobs and the tad bit thicker body..and they hav the flat chests and super skinny body... i would kill to hav their body but then i think about it...if i had that...my body would over shine my personality.... and right now i want my personality to shine so look at it tht way...

dus ur personality fit ur body...if u had their body wouldit overshine ur personality?

well i was like that but i got over it and im relii happy bout that!.... so be happy the way u r... u probally r crazyyy skinny 2 but U probally dont c and evry1 else does! but if u still dont change ur mind id go with exercising.... basic walking, running, biking, swimming (etc.) and eat healthy foods! =] hope i helped!!

yea raver dancing and rocker dancing are awesome ways to work out and tone up too



and just make sure you make healty food choices



milk

grilled chicken

rasin bran

orange juice

fruits

veggies

salad

baked foods instead of fried



dance or walk to help burn weight and help tone



and i always like enhansing your natural beauty and i think you don't need much to shine : P
