Truthfully, do you think he broke up with you bc of your body? Even working out and becoming fit... I do not believe it will make him jealous. I lthink he probably likes her for other i really think that for you to go through all this trouble to try to make him jealous is not going to work. (WHy would you want to waste your time or energy on this guy anyways...??? if he is just going to leave you for another girl...he is not worth your time or energy).

yeah! totally great!!! XD and trust me, he's not gonna be happy for long coz if he likes her for her body then it's not love it's just lust. okay, so i know this banana diet that's so popular in japan. i heard it works great! what you do is eat at least two bananas in the morning and warm water or lukewarm water. eat lunch as you normally would but cut down on dinner. the body doesn't really need energy when sleeping and when it does get energy, it stores it in your tummy and turns into calories coz it's not used as energy. good luck!!!! ^_^

sorry but you don't need to worry he'll know in a few months,

and if you want a cheerleader body you may want to try doing some cheer exercises cause they do work out alot.

other than that you look like a very healthy girl and i don't have a 6pack and i get tons of guys that think i'm hot. so don't worry about that . don't even worry about getting back at him just find your next guy and move on

cheerleaders work their bodies tirelessly.

all i can say is do areobic exercises.

you want high intensity exercises too.

for example: squat thrusts. sit ups. push ups. etc..

you should try doing dance lessons aswell, they are really good for building up muscle, especially in such things as street dance. :) xxxx
