walk a mile a day and eat healthy and do 25 situps a day lol you can add more but its all on you and go swimming take a walk around your nieghbor hood i just did with my too german sheps and yeah it was a work out they wiegh more than i do!! lol :D

do lots of 'core' exercises like sit ups, curls, crunches and then things like swimming which is good generally all around. You should eat healthily too! x

I went swimming about every day last summer and I lost some weight.But that also might be because I was doing cheerleading and soccer.That is how I am skinny from doing two sports soccer and cheerleading and some swimming from time to time.I also there is another reason.

quickest way is to do crunches every night after a good run/jog/walk

get your body burning calories with the bit of arobics then do some crunches to cool down and strengthen

You do not look like you need to loose any weight. Try to watch your sodium (salt) intake.. salt will make you retain water in your body and make you bloated.

A good power walk for about a mile is really good. Gets you sweating..and cardio going. Crunches I do about 50 with my legs up. then I turn and lean my legs to the right and do 50. then lean to the left and do 50. This works your side ABS as well.

do crunches with a medicine ball if you have one

but if you dont have one go to the store

and by one of those colorful bouncy balls that we all wanted as a kid lol

and do crunches with that but you have to place the ball on the lower back or it wont work

but you'll know wen its working because you will definatly feel it!

try jogging also

throw in some sprinting while your at it too

and keep on working out and be patient

and you shuldnt have to worry bout your weight your perfect already!

100 crunches/ sit ups a night then stretch, walk power walk run or jog a mile, swimming, eating healthy help too :)Thats what i do, but i have to for gymnastics, so you can just do like 25- 15 sit ups or crunches. V-ups pull ups and stuff like that help to :) Trust me it works just believe in your self. you can also just play music and dance around or work out 15 min. a day on different stuff, or get your mom or dad to take you to a gym and do tread mill or stair lifts.
