How do I get rid of thigh fat?

I know cardio kinda works but I'm not getting results. What kind of exercises could I do to tone them? Also I belong to a gym so theres an assortment of weightlifting machines (or whatever they are called) that I can use. Which would work best?

Okay for your thighs there is this machine that works! But it just feels wierd when you are on it. You sit down on the machine's seat and when you put your legs in it you have to spread your legs apart. Then you can also change the machine and go into the opposite direction; which you press your legs inwards like you are closing your legs together. Next time I go to my gym I will try to see what it is called but it is an akward machine. it really works your thighs. Also work on the eliptical machine.

lunges and squats. when they get too easy do them with weights in your hands. lunges and squats work more muscles in your leg than any other leg exercise. also jump squats where you jump from a squat position mutiple times

remember feeling the burn can be bad so don't do too much



and it's mainly about high repition low weight to burn but not build

Oh I forgot about those! I remember now in track last year I would do a ton of lunges and hurt like crayzeee!!! lol I will do those.
