How do I be less fat?

I am going to be 17 in 2 weeks and 5 foot 1 and I weigh now currently 122 pounds! Just a little under a year ago I had some weird stomach problems and that got me down temporarily to 109 but after that I steadily gained and I'm bigger now more than I ever was! My pants are tight on me and my stomach sticks out disgustingly. I feel like a fat cow. But the problem is that I NEVER snack except for sometimes I have reduced fat ice cream and I have gym every day. People have told me that to get rid of my stomach do crunches but they never burn afterward. HOW do I stop gaining so much weight? =( This is my homecoming dress. I hate how I look in it. If 200 crunches a day doesn't help what will?

First of all your not fat! your skinny now you just need to get toned. watch how many cals you eat (2000 calories is about the perfect amount for each day) and continue to work out. the golden rule is never intake more cals then you can burn. so ramp up your work outs!! I just start eating at 12pm and stop at 6pm its the perfect diet! Because I eat what ever I want when ever I want between that amount of time! Main thing is you want to go to bed no full so you can burn cals in your sleep!

you probably just grow faster than most girls...not a bad thing in the end. You will probably level on out and quit gaining by teh time youre nineteen or twenty and end up being about the same as all other girls in their early twenties. Trust me, if youre not overeating youre not gonne keep on growing, I had a friend like that. She was 130 by our senir year and I couldnt get past 109. Now we are both the same size plus shes had a baby, I ended up gaining most of my weight at age nineteen and twenty and she had stopped by that time. You will be me, everyone has to go through a weight gain after their teenage years because they are not naturally supposed to stay that size forever. Youre time to go through it is just a bit earlier than most. But if youre still scared I would go to the doctor and get a professional opinion.

you look totally cute!!!!

y would you want to be a twig? guys like a lil curves and having a lil belly bump is perfectly acceptable. your young and soft that's what your body is suppost to look like

and sorry to say some people it's hard to loose weight were you want it you may end up with tough muscles in teh upper part of your tummy and still have that lil bump in the bottom

To me this doesnt look fat it looks like you are just bloated i get like this. Basically try detox, drink 8 glasses of water no fizzy lots of vegtables no pasta or white bread. This will make it go very quick.

We are the same hight but i am ONLY 3 pounds lighter then you. So you are deffinatly not fat.

when snacking, try eating fruits or veggies, not reduced fat snacks- those arent any better for you. eat balanced meals, three times a day, try taking a walk when you get home from school, or riding your bike. just be active. make it fun for yourself. and stop beating yourself up. you aren't fat at all.

holly pooopppp!! we have like the same body shape kinda thing going on... um what i learned works good is just CARDIO omg i kno it sounds bad i kno! ha but it can be fun... i personally go on the EFXs at the gym for like an hour then the rowing machines... that is rele!!!!! good for the stomach area :) ummmm there isnt rele much more... u can have sweets sometimes like what u said... but do u eat enough fiber and good fats and all that junk?

ur not fat. im 15 im 5'4 and weigh 123-125. its prolly muslce which is wut i hav and it makes my legs look fat. but if u really wanna lose weight prolly do cardio. idk haha i lose weight from walkin from one part of my school to the other. srry i couldnt really help :/

oh and my mom told me that crunches dont rele work on girls... try going into a plank position (during commercials) for like 30 seconds then rest then do it again.... u can also (while in plank) bring ur knees up to ur elbows kinda... more stomach stuff
