Does anybody else get this?

Sometimes after I eat and lay down I have to burp a lot and every time I burp I puke a tiny bit in the back of my mouth. I just feel it sitting there in the back of my throat and I don't know what to do to make it go down. I don't feel sick to my stomach or anything... it's like my stomach doesn't know how to close.

This is known as GERD (acid reflux) & can be controlled with over the counter medication at your local pharmacy.

acid reflux. your stomach isn't done digesting the food yet so it's practically just sitting in there and if you lay down it moves even further up to your esophagus. And the tiniest belch could jet some into your mouth. Avoid laying down after eating--that's not a good idea, to begin with. keep upright for the next half hour or so.

Like everyone else said it's acid reflux

some times this can also mean your eating too much

or more likely your eating too fast and swallowing air as well

that would cause the burps and some food still behind the air to come back up

i do it rarely

acid reflux - laying down probably doesn't help it! Try putting your arms up above your head and breathing.
