&please tell me how to apply bc I have no idea lol, Oh, and my eyes change colors depending on what I'm wearing bc they are hazel; mostly green w/hazel gold surrounding iris and it looks like a strange dull blue color sometimes. Depends on the light, I guess. :)

I've been looking up eye color meanings as of late and I have no idea! There are more pics on my profile. One definite answer from everyone, please! Thanks:) They look a lot lighter sometimes, too.
