i had my molars pulled out because they caused me pain. Usually, they are taken out anyways because they can grow out or grow into your jaw which requires a more complicated surgery. Such as needing to break the jaw to get it out. I recommend you go to the dentist and have an X-ray done of the status of your molars. Also, your diabetes have nothing to do with it. If the aches are indeed from your molars, they can grow out and effect the rest of your teeth. I know you hate dentists but it is better to go and if it is your molars, set an appointment to have them taken out. The recovery is about a week and you can only have soft food but it is better to have them out than keep them in if they start shifting.
Hope this helps!
