Loose weight by summer?

I want to be able to wear denim shorts (daisy dukes) and my legs to look hot. I'm 15 and not really very active, I do a Zumba class once a week for an hour and have a 30 minute street dance class once a week too. I always eat breakfast and take a sandwich, cereal bar and fruit to school with me to keep my going. I usually have a snack like a yoghurt or something when i get home from school and then have some tea which nearly always consits of veg. The thing is i just don't get full, like ever, however or whatever i eat. I'm 5"2 1/2 and weigh 131lb. My measurements are 36 (30GG), 26, 35. My parents wouldn't let me diet because they think I'm crazy even though my mum is skinny. I don't have time to go for a run in the morning or at night. Could you give me any ideas to loose weight by the summer (or as quickly as possible) I really want to get a flat stomach and slimmer legs. Also i want to be full up by eating less- any good foods or tips

keep taking those zumba classes, sit-ups always work to flatten up ur stomach, i heard that eating lots of fruits can help fill u up, ow be4 u eat dinner have a cup of water it will make u somewhat full.

i do calorie count, and it works. as of right now i do 1800 calories a day and every week i lose two pounds. you can eat whatever you want it just limits on how much you can have, so its not really a diet. its pretty easy. every two weeks i give my self a free day, so i can treat myself, but i dont go too crazy.

What helps for me is to instead of eating a bunch of snacks, drink TONS of water! it will help with the hunger. Also if you can wake up 10 min earlier and turn on the radio and dance like a total spaz, it is a fun and easy way to get your metabolism going. If you also have herbal tea it helps fill you up more.

If you eat slowly this helps you to fill up faster, drinking lots of water before you eat does too. Even thought you aren't very active it sounds like you do a lot of healthy eating already. I would suggest that you do watch you sugar intake. Too much sugar in reach fruits, soda, and such can cause you to keep the weight on. I would also suggest doing crunches before you shower. I use to do 100 a day and I had wonderful abs....not so much now lol. Well gluck to you!

it sounds as if you do alot of good workout stuff you may be able to join a gym. i do zumba too what time do you go? you make a lot of healthy choices keep the sugars down for breakfasti useually eat an egg and yoghurt or a breakfast shake keep up the good work
