uh i disagree with cutegirl135. The Scene style is more than just dying your hair different colors. its about being confident in your own skin, being creative with your hair and makeup. its expressing yourself physically, mentally and emotionally in you appearance. so scene is not merely just a style where people dye their hair different colors. and sweetie if that sounds like you then go for it.

Remember how I said in your other post to do something bold with your hair? Scene hair would be perfect.

Mandie_MonsterHxC has it to a T. And really tbh, the hairstyles like the bigness of it not the colors is all 80's. Scene kids are bringin the 80's hairstyles back and they dont even know it, i find it kind of funny, because my parents were raised listenin to 80's music, they've got me on it too and its just so weird to walk around seing people with a cindy lauper hairstyle and they call it scene hahah. When i heard about this scene hair thing it surprised me because I always style my hair like that and I just call it an 80's doo. But now apparently I'm 'scene' lol, but my dad still calls me lil 80's chic lol.

"scene" is a big trend for alot of people at the moment, it includes a certain style of music, clothing, makeup and hair

music is often similar tastes in screamo/ rock etc.

clothing is pretty much cartoony tops and skinny jeans (+funky shoes) and with fading random others passing in and out eg: big scarf thingy that everyone wore ages ago.

the most common hair is a large sweeping fringe with layers, but can go up to wacky patterns and colours and extreme teasing.

but scene style is very much, spiky hair, teased hair, big hair, thick bangs, side bangs, crazy colors, thick black liner, dark eyes,

it may be the underlying scene person is very confident and confortable but the outer looks usually contain the above

The scene look is big hair ! usually alot of eyeliner & colourful eyeshadow. Wear ribbons or hair clips at the top/side of the hair. Hello Kitty is a popular character for the clothing logos.:p

i tried the scene look last night & it look kinda nice.
