Hi, I have the same problem. I've tried everything. The best thing I've found is the Garnier brand anti-dark circle eye roller. It helps treat dark circles, AND it covers them. :)

Vitamin C and or K will help. However, both of these can be drying and should be combined with good moisturizing ingredients. A good eye cream that helps to build up collagen - under-eye skin is particularly thin - is a good idea. Although I haven't personally tried it, Skinergizer's Nourish Dark Circles Eye Cream might be worth a try. It has vit C and K (plus E and A, for that matter). There is sodium hyaluronate to keep in moisture, not to mention emu oil. Nourish also has anti-oxidants in the form of grape, green tea and willow bark. The preservative, sodium hydroxy methyl glycinate, is non-irritating and non-toxic.

Dark circle treatment creams that use chrysin as an active ingredient. This comes from passionflower and has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Haloxyl is a combination of four ingredients: the peptides that make up matrixyl 3000 and two that are supposed to control blood pigmentation. They do seem plausible since the two color degradation elements in hemaglobin are bilrubin and iron. Chrysin, from passionflower, stimulates the enzyme that clears out bilrubin while hydroxysuccinimide makes the iron soluble so that it can be eliminated.

If you want a product containing most of the above :

^ those may help, although you can get some of the ingredients like

Vitamin K1

In pure forms on skinactives. They're a safe place to buy from, I brought some vitamin C for a DIY vitamin C serum there.

1. Grate raw potato, squeeze the juice and apply the juice under your eyes for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can also place thin slices of potato on your eyes (with them closed) every night before you retire. This is one of the most popular and time-tested home remedies for dark circles.

2. Apply any best eye cream for dark circles containing vitamin K and argiline. Dark circles may be caused by a deficiency of vitamin K. Regardless of the cause, however, skin creams containing these two ingredients reduce puffiness and discoloration significantly in many people. Long-term daily use seems to have the greatest effect.
