Dry Skin??

ok basicly over the winter my skin has really dryed out and when i apply my foundation its never smooth and even because of the dry skin makes it all bitty (if you get what i mean). i have tryed so many different moisterisers and face washes etc and my skin is still dry and horrid..i really dont know how to get my smooth skin back that i had in the summer... so does anyone know any really good moisterisers (that wont block pores and give me spots) that will finaly get rid of the dry skin or any other ways to get rid of the dry skin for good??

To be honest.. my skin is awful at the moment and I use clean and clear daily scrub and simple skin cleansing wipes I feel that they moisturise the skin and also E45 & NIVEA cream its really good.

I have the same problem in certain areas of my face. I actually read on that jojoba oil is noncomedogenic (won't clog pores) so I thought I'd try it. You can use it alone if it's really dry, or put a couple of drops in your hand with your regular moisturizer. So far I like it. Not perfect, but better. I'm still getting the hang on using it, but it definitely doesn't give me spots.

You might also want to try a make-up that has moisturizer in it. I LOVE Covergirl's Smoothers concealer. I haven't tried their other products, though.

Also, are you using any medicated cleansers or astringent toners? They can really dry out the skin.
