waah, relax, instead of looking for something to cover up your problems, if you're young, i'd suggest you look for solutions to fix your problems so that you don't need such heavy foundation. If you go down a few questions I posted some links to products that will help with birth marks. For acne, have you ever considered doing a facial peel ? That would depend on what *kind* of acne it is. Do you know if your acne is hormonal or not? If it's not then a facial peel may really help you with that issue. Patience and time will help. You can't keep hiding behind thick foundations, those will clog your pores and cause your skin more harm than good. (it could also be the source of some of your acne issues) That being said >.> I don't really know a good foundation that will help your problem . I know the brand ones are usually the heaviest ones and will probably help the best to cover up any of the issues you may be having, but walmart brands don't do much. If you have any questions on how to start a regimine to take care of your skin issues you can talk to me and we'll try to work something out that isn't expensive at all. (I can't afford expensive stuff either i'm a student afterall :P)

hmm. I think, the best solution would first be getting rid of the problem. I'm not a dermatologist, but I know some things people have tried and it's helped them with the rosacea and acne issues. I'll also PM a link that'll give you more information on stuff you can try . Your best bet will still be to look for a dermatologist :P

For acne rosacea :
vitamin c
salycic acid peels or serums or DIY toner at a low percentage would help with acne and help with mild rosacea
retinol-a a .025% will also help with mild rosacea (this can be very drying and you have to know how to use it correctly (i'm using it at .05% with good results but for exfoliation rather than rosacea)
a heavy duty water based moisturizer like eucerin will help with any dryness or flaking
and then you NEED to have a good balanced diet so that it doesn't come back

I'll message you with the forum and if you have more questions you can ask. I'll also link you on how to use retin-a IF you're interested. I haven't used salycic peels (those are more for acne and getting bad things out of your pores for a clean smooth skin surface, but i have used lactic acid peels which is stronger and for exfoliation so IF you're interested i'll give you information on that as well. )
hm..the acne or antibiotic treatments will cause dry skin which should help you peel which will help with cellular turnover and help your skin improve as the new skin comes to the surface. Moisturizing with a water based moisturizer will keep that new skin from getting it again, and sunblock to protect will help. Some people do experience acne rosacea.
