i feel big too but you have to keep thinking positive and not worry about what others think. If you want to lose weight with your friends try zumba its easy, cheap and proven to work.

I'm so jealous of your weight... I've been wanting to be 110 for 2 years and I'm only 5'1. I'm 117. And a good way is to get really active in gym class! Like my gym hour sometimes plays sharks and minnows and I go full out! I'm sweaty a pink afterward but I like it cuz I think of how many calories I burned. :) Also an eliptical machine burns calories fast, and like Natty said, Zumba or any dance class!

no, you are not fat, thats about the normal weight. i also feel big and unhealthy but when i ask my friends, they dont see it that way. but if you really want to lose some weight, instead of going to school or work using the bus or a vehicle, try walking.

OMG, u r so not fat!! ur probably quite skinny u lucky thing!! dont try and lose weight, just try and get healthier (tone ur stomach etc.) and u'll feel thinner and look better. how old r u btw? xx

nope! If you're fat, then I'm definitely fat, I'm 5'8", 165 lbs. I don't feel fat, yeah I could lose a few pounds and be healthier, but I'm not totally unhealthy.

You sound just a bit underweight, actually. I researched the ideal weight for one's height, and I am 5'5", and 130 lbs. For that height, the preferred weight is 134, but can range anywhere from 119-149. So, if you are 5'6", you might consider gaining a few pounds, also, if you really work out, that will tone you, and muscle weighs more than fat. Some people can't believe I weigh 130, but I exercise daily and play soccer, so I have acquired more muscle, which is good, but consequently makes me weigh more.
