thin hair need some help please

i ve always had thin hair but my mates said it getting worst. the doctor thinks it more down to stress. i dnt know what i can do, i changing caraar so hopefully that would lower stress but is there anythink that help it to grow?

rogain. i know it sound's like a last option but it really can help some people to restart the hair that was falling out

also getting a foot rub (pedicure) at a nail salon or a back massage (like at a massage parlor) can help

Because you have already told your doctor....maybe you can ask him if Propecia is right for you? This is a prescription med that helps men with thinning hair and hair loss. There are also those OTC shampoos for hair loss. I have used Nioxin shampoo before and I liked is supposively for thinning hair but I liked it. Made my hair rather full and soft. Give it a try.
