before people ask i am not gay i am on here to help get opinions on different things.

do you need help with exercise

hey thought i might be able to help since i am way into keeping fit. so if you need any help with whats the best exercise for legs, arms, abs and glutes let use know. also if you want to lose wieght or just get fitter, i dnt mind writing you a personal program if that helps because i would like to be a personal trainer one day. You probable want to work your triceps. If u put ur right arm in the air like an L shape the tricep is the bottom part of ur arm. The best way to work this is to do dips like the diagram. You want to try and do these exercise 10 times then hav a 30second rest then do another 10, rest again and try another 10. Give that ago then let me know if its to easy or hard.

Also if you want to work your biceps doing press ups and pull are good. Again if u can try do 3 sets of 10 would be very good.

These excises will make ur arms look more toned. So dnt worry u will not get scary arms by doing them. Hope this helps

When working you waist/ abdominal muscles there are 3 u should work 1) lower 2) upper and ur oblique. Sorry if you no this stuff already, if u do I can give u some harder exercises. I am afraid cruches are the best think for ur abs but there a loads of different types

that's so sweet! um.. well im really skinny but NOT strong at all, I don't want to gain weight, just muscle and is there any special way to gain height? :) thanks!

i exercise everyday

wana suggest some things to do for legs and waist other then like crunches cause rawr im tired of doing regular old crunches lol

Well the best thing to do squats and lunges. I will add u as a friend then I should be able to email you a circuit. Which will help you loose weight and get tones legs.
