Finally got my hair cut! :D Now should I keep it or grow it out?

So I finally cut my hair short and I am also on a journey on shedding some pounds. Next year will be a fun year for me! In March I will be 21 and I need a killer dress that is edgy and fun (not girly). However, the dilemma is that I don't know if I should grow out my hair or leave it be!

Question 1: Should I grow it out or leave it?

Question2 : What dress style should I look into for my 21st bday? (by the way, I will be in a club, but not like a crazy one, a casual one) Also, what dress style would be good to fit with either my short hair or grown out hair?

Ohh 21 years old, that sounds fun!! :D I think your new haircut is absolutely stunning! It looks really great on you. It suits you perfectly and it gives you a bad-girl look which is totally hot! lol and for the dress style, hm. Let's see... here are some choices that you might find come in handy. Hopefully I have helped you in some sort of way! Good Luck :)

I love your new haircut....keep it like has volume and personality.....for the second question...I think you could wear a nice vintage dress or a lace dress....choose the design that brings out the most of your curvy figure....
