i have long hair and i rarely have tangels (and it's thick)

i makesure to flip all of my hair up over the top of the pillow at night so i'm not laying on it all night.

i brush it in the morning and then again at night before i go to bed

if you get a tangel make sure you hold your hair right above the tangel and you brush from the bottom of it to the top

my little sister used suave detanglar spray (comes in a green bottle), according to her its effective because it helps her brush her hair which is super curly. and it smells of apples.

and im not sure if it was a detangler or a leave in conditioner but she also used to use something called milkshake (white bottle)

instead of detangler, brush your hair whilst your washing the conditioner off.

Using A Wide Toothes Comb While Washing Your Hair Leaves It Tangle Free, Try Not To Use Small Toothed Combs While in The Shower As It May Give You Split Ends. A Good De-Tangler I Use Is L'Oréal Kids Detangler. It Comes In A Cute Green Bottle, Smells Of Pears And Really Works. =]
