my mom won't buy me my favorite mascara :(

estee lauder double wear is my dream come true but my mom says it's too expensive costing at around 19-20 dollars....but i want it so bad i really love that mascara but now i cnt have it...........:( i dnt think any more brands would come close to its awe-smacking awesomeness and i was pouty and cold shoulder-ish about it what do i do now? :(

well, she obviously won't buy it cause it's expensive. and I doubt that she'll give in so no persuading, crying, begging, pleading or blackmailing will help (blackmailing your parents...just wrong)

have you considered actually earning the money? I'm not saying to get areal job but to do some housework, help your mother, help your neighbours, do something for the community and they will repay it.

girl, estee lauder is indeed a sophisticated brand hence, expensive. And I'm afraid to say, it's not something practical for a parent to spend on their teen daughter. There are a lot of other brands out there that deliver the same fab results. Maybelline for one. You can always buy your "dream" stuff when you start earning your own money.

uhm, why would your mom buy you make-up

that's not something you should be EXPECTING her to buy for you

that's something you should be paying for yourself

parents are there to pay for the neccessities ... not your every little whim
