ok so we're gonna go swimming on December after our Christmas party.......with jeffrey!!!!!! help me please.........i've gained weight on my stomach and it's really embarassing for my friends to see............considering most of them are slim and i'm the girl with a tummy..........i wanna lose inches off it fast!!! help me please!!!!!!!!!!! i really need all the help i can get......oh by the way.., i cant do treadmiills or anything like that. i can only rely on my body movements like stretching and my hoolahoop.............and jeff is my ex suitor who is still so handsome and now i kinda like him and regret that i didn't say yes to him and now we plan on convincing him to come back to our school please help me!!! how do i lose weight on my tummy fast? please help me!!!!!!!!! ^_^

Exercise :) such as push-ups and sit-ups and also a balanced diet, so kick out the sweets in your foods and stuff. Watch what you eat.

Ok first off. You need to except that nobody has a perfect body. Most girls don't have perfectly flat stomachs. One thing that you can do is buy a bathingsuit that covers your stomach. To lose the fat you should do exercises like planks, sit-ups, bird dog, and leg extensions. You should do at least 25 mintues of cardio before, so you lose more calories. some things you can do for cardio is run, fast walk, swim, or ride bike. I would also drink a lot of water and eat only healthy foods, with a few exceptions of course. But really set your mind on your goal and you can get motivation from your family, or just imagine their faces when they see how amazing you look. Just think of your feelings at that moment when you're going to go swimming. Also when you are doing cardio and the exercises, listen to music that reminds you of Jeffrey. That will help you get farther. I wish you the best of luck.

you can try the tension exercise i did for my stomach in school it's in my blog under 'weight"

but yea no one is perfect. and really it's cute for girls to have a lil pudge.

im gonna repeat what ive posted before on another question cause i love this diet plan like crazy!

One of the best weight lost plans ive ever done is a plan where i eat within 6 hours a day so like i eat from 12pm to 6pm. its great cause im never hungry and i eat what i want to! no fat free or cal counting crap!

Plus im not full when i go to bed which is great cause that will burn cals in my sleep. (thats a big no no eating 3 hours before you go to bed, good way to pack on the pounds!) i only have sugar on Saturday and Sunday if i want to. on the week days i stay away from it. plus i work out from 1 hour to 30 mins a day, like a aerobic workout. burns the most. you can easily burn 5 pounds a week!
