soo... im quite self consious about my body and i would like to tone my body. im not fat, just bigger than all my friends. Whats the best way to tone? i know eating healthily is important but i dont like vegtables, apart from carrots and spinach. :/ are there any exercises you could recommend? Also, i always see these adverts for slimming creams like Somatoline, do these actually work? even if its just a small effect, would it be worth it? its sucks also, cuz i would like to join a gym but i have to wait 2 years before that can happen..... any ideas?

most recreation centres that have fitness gyms as a part of them allow you to work out in their fitness areas if you do a special course or certification.. you should look into that. =) ask around. where i live, you can start when you're 12 but you have to do the course and get the little card...

uhm, keep in mind that you might just be thicker. look at mariah carey.. she's not fat at all, she's just thicker than a lot of stick-thin celebrities, but it's not because she has any more fat than them it's just she has a bigger build. you can measure your frame like this:

wrap your pointer finger and your thumb around your wrist. if your finger and thumb overlap, you have a small frame. if they just touch, you have a medium frame. if they dont touch, you have a large frame... you can't change that. you might just be bigger boned!

uhm.. it's all about LIFESTYLE. if you lose weight, lose weight, lose weight.. you'll get it right back in the near future... make positive lifestyle changes and do lots of cardio activity, build some muscle, stay active. that's all it is. there is no such thing as spot training or targetting.. and you know what, it's ALL in lifestyle. don't rely on pills or anything or medications or creams because they're truly a waste of money..
