Baking HELP!!!

I started baking recently. I'am very accurate and precise about my measurements and timings! But somehow anything i bake gets slightly burnt from below :( I have tried shifting it to the upper most rack, decreasing the temperature, taking out the stuff before time! Done everything. Still burnt bottom :( happened to all my cookies n cakes. Does the greasing have anything to do with this? I grease my pans with ghee(clarified butter) or oil. Can anyone suggest me how to stop that from happening?

Thanks a ton !!!

I think a lot of it depends on the heat... and the oven I guess... I usually use pam to grease my pans if you've tried that yet... and lower heat would help...
hope you figure it out... I love baking too :)
God Bless :)

it's alright haha
i bake all the time too! :D
This happens a lot to me and I think this might help.
Try getting a NON-STICK backing pan or whatever you use to bake, NON-STICK, because I think what is happening is that the butter or oil is heating up and cooking that it will burn because of the intense heat.
I suggest go buy a NON-STICK baking pan or such, it helped me with that problem haha
hope this helps and good luck!
