Hey I'm also from Australia from your description "faded" do you mean your colour is light brown or a very dirty shade of blonde. ? If so please do not bleach it makes your hair so porous and dry and brittle and you may have to cut it off . What kind of blonde were you ? I'd reccommend first you build up the colour gradually with the John Frediar shampoo and conditioner Go blonder it gradually lightens your hair and offers a nice natural gorgeous shade of blonde with a radiant golden shine and makes your hair softer to. It will take time depending on how dark your hair is now. At the moment I have dark brown hair that has my natural coming through which is light brown with a red tinge so I'm in a gradual process of letting grow out

I can't see the photos, but, I think that brown hair always helps bring out blue eyes. Usually, I find that people look better with there natural hair color! Just some people need help with the style and cut! Going from blonde to brown and back to blonde will definitely fry/ruin your hair! If you think you'll look better with a lighter shade though why not! It's great to dry new things.
