Idk...it just depends what you're looking for I guess.....
If you want to loose a small amount of weight fast...you could try the 3 day diet.
My friend went on the 3 day diet and it worked for her....you just really have to watch what you're eating after your off of it.

There's also the portion control diet...you can eat whatever you want, but in moderation. This is slower, but it's also healthier.

Drink water as much as you can, especially before meals, because the water will fill you up faster.
Then of course stay away from junk food as much as possible....just making little tweeks can really make a difference.
Exercise about everyother day for about an hour (cardio, toning, etc).

I recommend Atkins. They have really expanded their menu's and the foods that they include. Plus there is a wonderful and supportive online community.

if you're aiming to lose some weight, I'd say a low-carb, moderate protein, high fiber diet works best. and if you can, lay off all junk and processed foods.

Well...all heathy balanced diets are good for you, but some are harder to stick to. So look at the food you usually eat...and cut down on whats bad for you. Create your own diet, its always easier and you benefit alot more from it than following someone elses.
