Umm, You should not be on a diet! Kids shouldn't diet. But who am I to judge? I can't completely give you a diet plan because that would require tons of recipies and stuff like that but I can give you some tips! First of all, you should have 5 small meals a day... Fruit, fish, chicken, vegetables, yogurt, salad, all good choices! Do not have fruit close to when you go to bed because it has natural sugars and its not as good for you then... Do NOT eat at least 2 hours before you go to bed!!! That stores fat and also, don't cut back on meals, it also stores fat! Really the only thing you need to do is cut out sugary food and drinks!
