any hair loss prevention tips?

I'm 15. My hair has been falling for quite a while now, I used to have so much hair that when I used to get a haircut the lady would complain. I have less then 1/4 of what I used to. I am scared I'm going to end up bald. HELP

Nioxin has a line for women who usually have hair thinning/ hair loss problems
out of anything in thier line I would recommend
http://www.amazon.com/Nioxin-Intensive-Therapy-Recharging-Complex/dp/B001394530
Their multivitamin filled with ingredients that are beneficial to hair growth and health including but not limited to:
alpha liphonic acid
biotin
msm
silica
vitamin C
vitamin E
fish oil / flaxseed
and other things.

Avoid heat , and dying it if you have used any at all.
Make sure your diet is spot on, including fruits, veggies, and lots of water, and more protein

shampoo: make sure the shampoo you use weekly does not have harsh sulfates in them. harsh sulfates strip our hair of the nutrients/natural oils we need and is simply to harsh for our hair. Also one wash should be enough unless your hair is really dirty.
Ingredients to avoid:
Ammonium Laureth Sulfate
Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
TEA Laureth Sulfate
TEA Lauryl Sulfate
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate

Pick a gentle shampoo with ingredients like this:
Polyoxethylene Fatty Alcohols
PEG 80
Sorbitan Laurate
Decyl Polyglucose
Cocamidoprpyl Betaine
Sodium Myreth Sulfate
Sodium Laureth Sulfate

Keeping your hair healthy and moisturized should help it return back slowly in time. But you must be patient. Nioxin will be your best bet if you want to stimulate the follicles of the hairs you have lost so that it can come out of it's resting phase, which i'm assuming some are in if they have yet to grow back.

But more importantly, you should visit a dermatologist, and see if it isn't anything genetic. Some people are predisposed to genetic baldness. They will have better remedies if it is not genetic , but results will probably be visible within a couple of months.

Thank you so much.
For both answers.
I will look for Nioxin and follow the treatment.
I have visited the dermatologist and had some tests done, everything was fine. He said that it could all just be due to stress.
Thank you again.

Well it’s a horrible feeling when we realize that we are going bald particularly when we glance around our social group at all the full manes, we feel cheated and isolated. Hair loss and balding at a young age is unexpected and very difficult to deal with. It occurs in individuals, usually men, as young as 15 years old. Oftentimes they will completely bald by the time they reach their mid 30s. A couple of commonly used hair loss remedies are Rogaine and Propecia.
However I recommend without wasting too much money on these temporary treatments I recommend that you seek professional advice from a hair specialist that what treatment would be best for you. One specialist I prefer to contact for my hair problem is Dr. Cole at http://www.forhair.com/cit-hair-transplant/ I hope they could help you as well.
