excerises!!!!???

so i was in gymnastics for 8 years competitivly and ive been out two years and still have like all the muscle everywhere but i mean its starting to look like fat so i need hard working excerises for thighs def and abs to get back in shape and is running track good for muscles too???? thank yas

running is very good for the legs. also dancing is great for all the muscles, belly dancing, i love rave dancing : P

Don't worry, you muscle is not turning into fat. You may be gaining some fat on top of your muscle. So running will be great for you. Your bones will also benefit from running. Once you burn and shrink your fat cells you will see your muscles and definition again. Cardio will also help burn fat cells. Basically, you are young and any activity will help. You will have quick results.
