HOME REMEDIES FOR UNDER EYE CIRCLES;

-grate cucumber and squeeze fresh juice out of gratings. dip two cotton balls in it and keep these cotton balls on

eyes. this relaxes the eyes and relieves tiredness of eyes. it is considered as the best remedy for under eye dark circles. it has also been found to be effective when done using potato, too(:

-apply a paste of lemon juice, tomato puree, orange lentil flour [masoordal] and turmeric powder on under eye dark circles. leave it for about fifteen minutes and wash it off.

-drink plenty of water [approx - fifteen glasses].

-eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, especially ones that are rich in fibre.

-sleep well for atleast seven to eight hours daily.

-reduce stress levels by practicing yoga and meditation. pranayama reduces dark circles and increases glow of skin.

-avoid sweets and chocolates.

-dip two cotton balls in rose water and place them on your eyes, covering the dark circles.

-keep thin cold cucumber slices on eyes when your eyes are looking worn out/tired.
