we're about the same height (or the lack thereof, haha!) but i guess I'm a bit rounder. well, I can't really tell you what exercises or techniques to do, the best advice on that would come from a professional trainer. but what I do know, is that you'll have to gain a few extra pounds to get you that shape you want. If you're too thin to begin with, it won't be easy to build muscles. OKay, so I'm saying enjoy a lil more ice cream and up-size food portions to get you started. then maybe you can sign up for the right program at your local gym.

I'm probably abput th esame height and im also very skinny... i eat as much as i possibly can because i go to the gym every night for 1-2 hours to keep fit and tone up ... but what you must remember to go to the gym when your skinny you must eat enough to stop you from becoming too skinny (as i've found out from the past :S wasn;t good ! )

I find that the best toning exercises for me are probably the most simple, i do about 200 long sit ups (making sure each sit up takes 7 seconds ) ... i do it in sets of 20. you find that the more you do them the easier it is and can build up the total you do alltogether. for example for the first day do two lots of 20 and then th e next day 4 lots of 20 e.c.t

I also find the plnk very good. plug in some music and hold the pres sup position for as long as you can ... always remember yo concentrate on the song not your belly and arms or else you'll just collapse.

The kettle bell is very good. the internet usually gives loads of exercises to try out.

but to v healthy you need to raise your heart. go on a few jogs but remember to build it up so start from your house and time your run to a certain place and back and the next time you do the run try and beat your last time.

Always remember to have a small protien drink or food (foods take longer to break down in your body so drinks are usually less heavy on your stomache and don't make you feel sick when working out) before going to the gym and a carbohydrate afterwards !!

i do taebo workouts to tone my body,which defines my curves i already have and make my body look very sexy.I am also 4"10 ND ONLY 105 LBS. give it a try

You are beautiful, by the way. But there is a wonderful website (I have no affiliation with it in any way) that is thorough and talks about women's body shapes and how to improve them in the way you want. It gives a little anatomy and physiology lesson with each body part so you are aware of exactly what you are doing. Please check to be sure your physician things you are healthy enough to exercise and then perhaps you may want to look at: Of course, there is traditional yoga, Pilates, and other aerobic exercises but this is quite thorough and you can do them at home.
