belly fat?

okay so i realy wanna get rid of my belly fat b4 summer starts any ideas to help me out? rite now i weigh between 130-140 and im 5"8 and rite now i am doing badminton 2-3 times a week and then i dance hiphop on monday nites but its not helping alot.. plz help!?

Hi! Fallen Angel Going through your mail seems like i am also having the same problem like yours but i can suggest you to try Hip- Hop Abs by Shaun T. I started his work out few weeks back and i find it really effective! You could try out it really do help!

First you need to eat right idk if you do already but try not to eat sugary foods so stay away from candy, cake, cookies anything like that and less bread!! lol and try not to drink a lot of pop because thats just empty calories! drink water carry a bottle with you at all times! Next when you are going to eat try and have a salad first then you will get pretty full then eat whatever you want after the salad! because you will get filled up from a salad and there wont be much room left for other food haha and try going for a jog every day start out slow and build your way up! try walking for 3 minutes and jogging for a minute! do that for a week then walk 3 and jog for 2! I jog 3 miles a day and then i do stretching and i have a circut that i do for about 20 minutes I'm 5"1 i weight 108 i have abbs and my body is in great shape! ( i dont mean to bragg) so girl you can do it just keep modivated :)))) good luck! if you have any questions you can send me a message i would be happy to answer any questions :))

Do Zumba! J/k I agree with babygirl, but for the stomach you need to do Planks! Seriously, try holding it for a minute each time. IF it is easy for you to just hold it, then bring your knee up side way to your elbow....(wish I could draw a picture), but these really work. I am seeing my stomach go down and it's really a trouble area for ladies. I hate it. I want my abs back so that's why I am doing it. I need lovely abs before school starts back in August that's one of my many goals.
