first it depends if your black or white. when ur black like me ur hair falls out when u perm ur hair or when u keep ur extensions in too long. or when u r combing ur hair too much. when ur white when u dont wash ur hair when ur swimming or dye ur hair too much u can loose ur hair. or combing its 100 times a day can cause u to loose ur hair too. i would buy a hair product that stimulizes her growth like dr miracles hair damage treatment. hope i helped

CAUSES OF HAIR LOSS.. :]

-hormones can cause temporary hair loss.

-it can also occur when you get stressed.. stress 'burns off' vital nutrients such as vitamin b, which are vital for good hair quality and growth. faddy dieting, crash weight loss, vegetarian and low protein diets can all contribute to hair loss too.

PREVENTION OF HAIR LOSS.. :]

-do not wash your hair with too hot water.

-do not wash your hair more than two times in a week. ---if you use any shampoo, use only a mild shampoo.

-do not comb the hair backwards. use a good quality brush/comb. avoid excessive brushing.

-massage the scalp vigorously for 10 to 15 minutes (until you start to feel hot there) after bathing it with water. this stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.

-coconut oil and castor are very good for hair. Boil dry pieces of amla (indian goose berry) in coconut oil and apply on hair.

hope i helpeed?! ;]

my hair began thinning when I was increasely stressed. Make sure that you are eating well and healthy, try not to get overly stressed, and wash your hair with a gentle shampoo and see if this helps reduce your hair loss. Maybe a weekly olive oil scalp treatment might also help. I changed these few things and saw a difference within a month. ( i was loosing so much hair that when the carpet cleaner guy came to clean... asked if I had a pet living with me. And i didn't... all that hair was mine!)

BTW, I forgot to suggest to avoid tying your hair up too often because it can pull on you hair. Or avoid tying it too tight.

yes eating well, taking a vitamin can help, brush your hair daily with a nice comb, and try not to tie it up tight ever stick to a clip or a head band

Well it’s a horrible feeling when we realize that we are going bald particularly when we glance around our social group at all the full manes, we feel cheated and isolated. Hair loss and balding at a young age is unexpected and very difficult to deal with. It occurs in individuals, usually men, as young as 15 years old. Oftentimes they will completely bald by the time they reach their mid 30s. A couple of commonly used hair loss remedies are Rogaine and Propecia.
However I recommend without wasting too much money on these temporary treatments I recommend that you seek professional advice from a hair specialist that what treatment would be best for you. One specialist I prefer to contact for my hair problem is Dr. Cole at http://www.forhair.com/cit-hair-transplant/ - I hope they could help you as well.
