well i know im fat... but the bad thing is my friends are all skinny/slender and slim i just feel odd when im walking at the side of them... i know i shouldn't care but i do...

i try diet but i dnt no how to... i dont like fish and i dnt like exersise... i mean i'll have to do exersise to lose weight... but is there any other ways that are natural???

please comment and please help me :/ xx

first everyone has a healty weight for their body and if you look in my blogs under 'weight' you can see ways to choose healty foods and easy as pie exercises that will get your body burning. but keep in mind you will not loose anything over night and with those diets you will be at a normal weight for your body

Girl i dont think you need to lose weight! you should love your curves:) but okay if you want to thats fine.

heres a plan that works for me.

Eat within 6 hours a day so like eat from 12pm to 6pm. its great cause your never hungry and you get to eat what you want to! no fat free or cal counting crap!

Plus your not full when you go to bed which is great cause that will burn cals in your sleep. (thats a big no no eating 3 hours before you go to bed, good way to pack on the pounds!) you only have sugar on Saturday and Sunday if you want to. on the week days try to stay away from it.

everybody has a certain weight they are supposed to stay at... nothing can change that. but if you feel like you need to lose weight (you are having trouble doing simple tasks due to getting tired, your body is sluggish, etc) then just eat healthy and exercise.

eat three healthy meals a day, cut down on the sweets, be happy (happiness helps you lose weight, believe it or not!) and ride your bike/walk a mile/etc.
