Ok im 13 and i want to burn some stomach fat... I heard crunches is the best exercise. How many should i do and how many times a day??? Oh sorry one more quickiee,,, how many glasses of water??? i mean how many glasses if water i should drink a day.

ok...dude...crunches only work out your abs, which is not going to help u lose belly weight. The way to lose the belly is to obviously excercise everyday, but the excercises u need to do are strength e3xcercies. Like joggin-works the best- and jump roping, stuff like that. And also, watch wat u eat, but dont go as far as starving yourself, tht will hurt u in more ways then u think. And water, only drink it when thirsty, because i dont no if u know this or w/e but u can actually die from drinking to much water. So only drink when u r thirsty. But u need to no this, your only 13, your still growing taller, and as your getting taller u will lose tht belly. wow i sound older then i really am, im really oly 14, and i have some belly fat too. But im playing volleyball, so it helps, so if u dont want to do the jogging, just sign up for a fun sport.

crunches are good but it only targets one area. you will need to a variety of different types of exercises to work off belly fat. You need to drink water throughout the day. there is not really a set number of glasses because everyone is different and everyone's body's needs are also different. they say the ideal is to drink about 8 glasses...but I never count. i drink a lot of water all day and more if i work out soo.

ok hun, first, crunches can be VERY painful, only becus they are bad for your back.honestly, if you wanna lose weight, talk to your mom bout maybe joining a gym, and you can ask them questions about different machines and they will tell you which ones work what areas. but crunches at home, (on the floor) are very bad for your spine, so i sugggest you dont do them, and plus, theyre for your abs. ..
