Eating disorder or carb crave?

I'm going to be straight and honest here that I need some form of help/advise.

When I was in high sch I literally had a crazy diet, like I can eat pringles and coke everyday.


I've been trying to keep to a healthier diet, and ever since the day I started to exercise and eat healthily-which I forgot when, but I remember it being 2 or 3 years ago, I didn't manage to keep it constant.

I would just be healthy for 1 week or so, and start binging crazily and purging all the binge, and then I'll blame myself and be healthy again, and then I binge and purge again and it goes on.

I have slight anemia and whenever I try to be healthier in eating I'll crave for sugar and I can eat up to 400g of ovaltine powder at 1 go with ice.

I'm worried about my health, and I really just want to be healthy and to keep the healthy lifestyle constant.

It's really very tiring to think that I'll be binging again one day.

I'm really worried I'll die to food.

Someone please help.

just take things slow ok your healthy thinking was good it will be hard at first but you have o keep trying and keep excersising. you can start buy making better food choices like salads and water instead of soda burgers or unhealthy junk food. just make better eating choices in the morning and it will help you make better food choices throughout the day. you might even try keeping a diary and logging the carbs you eat which you want to stick to a normal 2,000 cal. diet. you will become healthier. just remember to stick to it ok. and when you excersise ask a friend or family member ti go with you so it will make things funner. :) i believe in you. good luck :)
