Weight Loss Tips?

I'm almost 14, I feel like my body is a bit big for someone of age but I have smallish breasts. I think my stomach is fat, I really want to know some quick weight loss tips. Anything will help, thanks x

Your stomach is flat,not fat..You look really good!to keep this body shape,just don't eat so many "junk" food,try to eat healthier and don't sit,be in the movement :)) But honestly,you look good.

I agree with what dragana said, I also want to add, the only safe weight loss is slow and steady. Don't expect easy fixes to your problems, they'll only give you more problems in the future. ^^ Your body shape is perfect for you .

As I always say, you don't need to "lose weight", you need to tone your muscles. And the only way you can do so is by exercising and eating healthy. Remember 10 sit ups is always better than nothing. Also, you're overreacting and that doesn't bring anything good :( Your body's fine! Just do some good workouts and you will feel wayyyyy better about yourself :D good luck!
