i have to get up really early in the morning and i cant sleep at night it only happend since i have been with my mom this summer i have been up all night and sleep till lunch the next day wich is not good when i need to get up early tommorow and ideas please help

the same thing happened to me, i go with my mom for a little while and then i stay up till like 3 in the morning and wake up at 1 the next day. be active during the day, the more you run around and do things the more tired youll be at night
Work out or stretch before bed. Works like a charm.
don't work out. workouts never help (me). they just keep me awake because they drive my heart crazy. and then my heart pumps blood like crazy and I can't sleep cause if my heart pumps blood a lot, then I get more oxygen to my brain and I am awake. BUT I do agree to do some physical exercise during the day, that will definately help you sleep better.
do something relaxing-maybe drink a glass of warm milk with honey before you go to sleep,
you could try listening to music if it can relax you,
and free your mind-whatever you have in mind to do for the other day, write it down and put it near your bed so you will be calm.
try taking a warm bath before sleep. that should relax you even more. but, don't overdo it. you just want to relax your body, not exhaust it. too long in warm water and your body is drained of vitality.
avoid caffiene, alcohol and stuff-you already know that probably.
be on the fresh air, in the nature.
you could try counting sheeps lol even though that has never worked for me.
and try not to think. I know that the main problem of havning troubles sleeping is thinking way too much, runny thoughts and stuff. just try to relax as much as you can and keep your mind free. don't read or watch tv at least 30 min/1 h before you go to sleep because both of those two things stimulates the brain and the last thing we need is more thoughts.

Do some simple exercises before you go to bed and you will feel tired and then sleep will come automatically.
staying active in daytime guarantees blissful sleep at night. other than that, engage yourself in a relaxing activity to wind you down at the end of the day. warm baths and reading work for me.

eating turkey for din din can help
drinking warm milk (hot coco lol)
they actually have over the counter sleeping pills you can try they worked for my ex husband
and also sometimes you can take a cap full of nyquil and it'll help take the edge off
thatnx for the help i listend to my music and i think it helped plus i tryed to relax and i got an hour sleep befor midnight so thanxs for the help
i went for an hour run yesterday then ended up awake all night mostly i was so tired today i fell a sleep in the car
i tryed reading and it keeps me up verey late
lol that is a big trust ... i lookedat it and it might work i will try tonight
it worked i tryed it and i kinda just got up

umm i rather not sleep lol i cant take medicane or i will get sick all over my room again but i think i i will try milk
