Hi There, I'm 15 yr.'s old, I am aprox. 5'3 & 158 Approx. pound's. I Guess I would considder myself fat, but I'm probibly Just at risk of being over wheight! Would you consider me too be over-wheight? So, I want or need to start getting back into proper shape, I really wanna loose wheight & Be more healthy & Actiive. Here's my Dilemma, I Am a VERY Stressed person, I am busy all the time, I Don't eat right, I Don't sleep, Theirs so much, & I am Also Homeschooled, So Any suggestion's as of were to start? I also have like Terrible Skiin!

Oh, where to start. Well first (you've probably heard this a million times) everyone's different, so keep in mind bone mass and muscle mass, but if you think you're over weight and want to get fit, then I strongly do not suggest any type of diet except for a healthy one. You know, fruits and veggies, dairy, protein... Also, excersise. Plan a run with your friends or just do some jumping jacks in your room for 5 min. Anything to get your heart rate up and get the blood and heart pumping 3-5 times a week. And an added bonus to excersise is that it can help you relax and rejuvenate your skin. Try yoga, which is great to work for flexibilty and de-stressing, and for your skin, remember to wash it after and try not to excersise with make-up on, because that can cause breakouts. So I hoped I have helped in any way. Don't give up! Everytime you think of that nice big piece of chocolate cake, think of your nice new toned and healthy body. :) Good luck. :)

Dr3amer95 --- you are one SMART 15 yr old! At 15 years I was overweight BUT NOT SMART ENOUGH to do anything about it!

You asked a lot of questions…I am going to address the exercise, weight loss, and HOME SCHOOLING issues! LOL!

I was a home school MOM and my Daughter is now HS my grandkids. :)

First, I have an assignment for you, if you will.

I need to know your day school schedule.

What do you do the rest of the day and weekends?

How does your Mom COOK and how do you eat?

Is your house 2 story?

Does your family tease/nag you about your weight?

Are you the only one in the family that is overweight?

Have you had a good physical?

Seven questions… you do not have to write a book report. LOL!

Write enough to give me an idea of where to begin.

America’s teens are in big trouble…. So obese and so oblivious to what they are doing to their health! It breaks my heart to hear news reports about teens and obesity!
