What's a good brand of liquid eyeliner I can find at a pharmacy?

I really need to get some liquid eyeliner. What are some good brands that I can find at a pharmacy that don't cost too much and are easy to apply?

even just wet n' wilds liquid eyeliner is really good. And even better its super cheap. :) You could usually find about every color that exists.

I use Revlon liquid liner. It comes in pen form and goes on smoothly if you have a steady hand.

Anything that comes in a pen works fabulously. I personally use Rimmel brand, but you can also use Maybelline or Revlon, as I've found both work fabulously.
