How to stop eating as much?

So I really wanna look skinnier since I'm going to be a freshman and I just can't seem to eat less and excercising more I use to be anerexic and nt eat then started to eat very lil and now a whole lot.. Just I feel horrible when I eat all this junk food and I wanna stop. So help??

well it is about self control and if you can't stop snacking fill the house with stuff that takes more energy to burn than it gives you

like apples n peanutbutter

bananas and peanutbutter

celery and peanutbutter

veggies and ranch

salad with italian dressing

and working out means Cardio when you're trying to burn

even walking around the mall for 30mins counts : P

Well exercising is my thing. I work out for an hour 3 days a week. My routine consists of the treadmill, crunches, leg lifts, boxing, and dancing.

Make sure you keep your heart rate up...and sweating is good!

Try to keep yourself active to stop eating. If you're out doing things you won't be as tempted.

My diet is pretty much a routine. I have a bowl of corn flakes for breakfast...for lunch i have a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread with lettuce, and for dinner it's usually chicken and vegetables. For snacks I eat grapes or apples.

Cut out any soda or drink that has calories in it. Liquid calories are a complete waste.

you can change all the junk food you are munching on into something healthy... i know celery is something you can snack on...which burns more calories eating than you are consuming. A dietician told me so. I snack on fruit and if i am not into working out that day I will al least walk for 30 mins. Check out the women's health magazine website... it helped me.

do not use chewing gum as this is extrememly bad for you. It makes your stomach think you are eating so your stomach produces acid to break down the food if there is nothing to break down it breaks down the walls of your stomach and can give you stoach olcers.

Drinking water helps as most of the time when you are hungry you are actually thirsty.

Eat 80% healthy 10% bad. that way you get the bgest of both worlds and you dont feel like you are dipriving yourself.
