Ab Workouts? (w/ Flat Stomach Results?)

So, i'm 14, around 120 pounds, and I'm about 5' 4".

I'd say I'm pretty skinny.

I'm just very frustrated with my stomach.

There's a bit of fat.

Some people say "baby fat".

But i feel as if it's gotten bigger and even my mother has started to notice.

Is there any workouts that can help me flatten my stomach?

PS. I'm not interested in going on a diet at my age, but any foods i should consider eating (or swapping for some of my daily foods) to help?

OMG! Your stomach is so cute! It looks like muscle, not fat hun! But if it really is fat, you can do different situps, like with your knees in a 90 degree angle and feet in the air. Or doing left elbow to right knee and vice versa. I think if you start with 7 of each every night before you go to bed, and maybe add 2 more every week until you get to a good constant number, you should be as thin as you'd like in no time. You're already super skinny in my opinion! You're my height and pretty much my age, and weigh about 20 pounds less than me! And I'm definitely not fat. Not as thin as I'd like, but I'm pretty average looking. So really you have NOTHING to worry about! =) You're gorgeous!

well you are NOT fat in any way, but i understand wanting to get toned up. i'm the same way :P and the ONLY way to fully lose any fat is CARDIO. no matter what anyone tells you, you must BURN the fat. you can do a million sit ups a day, but be stuck... however add cardio in & you're going to notice an improvement in probably as little as 2 weeks. I'd say at least a half hour of cardio 4-5 days a week, more if wanted, just don't push it. after the cardio work out your abs. you can work out your abs every day because they are a strong muscle. work them to muscle failure. do a variety of sit-ups, angled ones, to the side, etc so you work every part of your abs. do some planks and flutter kicks (if you don't know, google them, they're easy!) if you need any more help feel free to message me or something. i'm pretty good at this kinda stuff. :)

But there is nothing wrong with wanting some shows you're strong. Haha! I say try some yoga. It's amazing and really tones all of your muscles!
