So why are my eyes so red?

it seems like no matter how much sleep i get, my eyes are still red... is there something wrong with them? also, i use eye drops to make the red go away... i have heard that they might not be good for my eyes...is this true?

you might have dry eyes and dry eyes get easily irritated. if you're wearing contacts, then you might not tolerate wearing them for a long period of time...oh, and eye makeup could also be to blame. I was using this eyeliner before that made my eyes itch. didn't realize it was causing the irritation until I switched to another brand.

eye-drops arent good for your eyes because your eyes then rely on you putting the stuff on to keep them moist......or at least thats what alot of people say. Make sure the make-up you get is the hypoallergenic stuff, and keep your eyes away from smoke and stuff like that if you can. If it doesnt go away ask to see the doctor, they'll be happy to help you if you ask. :)

i would also try using just 'moisturizing' eyedrops. instead of ones that are for 'getting the red out'
