The ITIL Service Desk

Currently I'm having trouble handling walk-in users and I'm wondering how other service desk managers are handling them. I work on a small size company (~50 employees), our service desk (3 technicians) only provide internal services. I wanted the users register request/incidentes or by e-mail or by ITSM portal but they always prefer to go directly to the technician. Please Help.Thanks !I didn't find the right solution from the internetReferences:-http://www.itilcommunity.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=6869-

hi there,
you can manage things by some system
like people who come directly for interaction should be handled be one specific person and people who do interaction by mail and phone call should be handled by other two people.
by doing this you prevent this thing from being messy.
