okey, i need a solution to reduce the amount of fats on my belly. Well, i look slim though, the problem is the fats are only on around my navel not on my entire belly. well i m not on dieting as well . Its disgusting to have these fats on these belly sides and upper waist-hip. Are there any tips to reduce the amount of deposited fats on these areas??

ummmmm? get the flirty girl fitness thing it works sooo good and i lost 3 inches off my stomach area in the first 2 weeks but i didn't do it every day

i like the tension exercises you can do them every day and they don't hurt



you just tighten the muscles while your walking or sitting and doing anything during the day hold it for a lil while then release and you can do that as often as you like



and remember it's not sucking in your stomach your actually 'tightening' the muscles and holding that you can tell the differance cause you don't want an INCAVE that's pulling the tummy too. just try to hold it straight and flat (but you can't do it wrong) it will just work better if you do it right 24 Aug 2009 / Reply answer / 0
