I'm at least 30 pounds overweight & I want to wear skinny jeans and be happy with my weight but im not. I used to weigh 170 and I lost at least 10 pounds from walking last summer. Is there any way I can lose 30 pounds in a little over a month?

Alright babe , I'm gonna magically inspire your ass to join a gym. I use to be a professional swimmer standing at 5'9 and 150. Mad shape. I got a thyroid disorder in Nov of this year - by Feb I hit 200. Now I lost my weight by doing the smart thing , joining a gym. You cannot lose 30 pounds in a month sweety. But you can lose 30 pounds over time and do it right so that shyt won't come back. My advice is go on what I call the eat healthy diet. Make smart choices - pick veggies and fruit over sugary products. Make sure to avoid fatty and high calorie foods. Everyones allowed cheats here and there ;). Secondly - get a year membership to a gym, (yea I know working out is balls and it takes alot of time and energy). But I promise you if you go an do 30 minutes of cardio plus light weight training 3-4 times a week - you'll watch pounds shed off in no time. Good luck hunny!

Workouts are perfect but unfortunately they don't make sense:(( without a diet, to lose weight more faster, experiment with different diets as the 90 days diet, banana diet, South Beach or others, find the one that fits your taste....believe me that's the only way...:thumbup: I also tried it for me the 90 days diet worked perfectly ( in fact a friend of mine lost 16 pounds a month) hope I could help you..at least with my best wishes....

alright unfortunately i dont think you'l lose thirty in a month :(



but, after i broke up wit my bf i was inspired to lose weight and lost ten in a month through some easy little steps



1. eat a light, but healthy breakfast. (cereal, fruit, bagels, yogurt, etc...)



2. Either eat a light lunch, or if you eat a bit more, choose a healthier item, like a salad or a grinder.



3. grab your friends and jog!!!!!!! its fun and you have your friends with you!!!!!!



4. always choose a healthy approach when you can.

(for example, walk to the store instead of getting a ride or ride your bike to school.)



5. Be happy for every pound you lose. you wont see a difference but when you see the numbers get lower it will inspire you to go even further.

i have gone from 156 to 145 in one month. i feel so much better about myself and am excited whenever i go to school, because i am so much more confident of how i look even if it wasnt a drastic change.

check out atkins diet. im overweight to and i tried alot of dietss. this is the best. look it up and learn about it!

boiled and baked foods are healtist for you. walking helps and i used to do the muscle tighting thing while i was at school where you tighten and hold the muscles in your legs, butt, and tummy all day long. you tighten and relax when ever you think about it. and hold it for a pretty good while. it really does help build the muscle to strengthin it and make you look slimmer

also make healty choices when you go out to eat like chicken (grilled) or salad (and pick a ceasar or italian dressing) trade out fries for a baked potato or just skip them all together

Contract Cancer! thirty pounds in thirty days is insane. it healthy to lose about 1-3 pounds a WEEk. slowy lose and it will stay off:x
