when i was 16 i was about 5'5" 183lbs i might have been a bit chubby but damn if i wasn't cute!

i'm sure you're fine eat good, do some easy cardio, just get active and drink milk!

All you need to do is watch what you eat. satay away from fast foods and eat cooked food. there are plenty of healthy recipes you can find. eat at regular hours and don't eat after 7 o'clock and drink plenty of water about 8 glasses a day. exercise at least 3 times a day and since you are young you'll probably lose some weight easily. just remember healthy cooked food doesn't have as much calories as fast food.

Girl that's impossilbex( what you need to do is stop obsesing over weight -- the stress will just make you gain more. also watch what you eat (that doesn't mean extreme dieting) start with trying to lose 5 pound and then 5 more. and whatever u do don't get frustrated. Good Luck:x

you could lose that much by july, but you won't look healthy. you're young and your body is changing. don't think that you need to be 130 to fit in. if you want to be healthier, you can eat more fruits and vegetables. you're too young to be thinking of a diet. don't consume yourself with how much you weigh, but with how healthy you are. You're BEAUTIFUL.

haha thats pretty much my goal too. but maybe a little less... trying yo slim down a little for bathing suit season. but if you cant, just make sure you get a bathing suit thats good for your body. and btw, while in a bikini, try to stick to foods like apple and popciscles. it will keep you from bloating..

You young. . . and the younger you are the easier it is to loose weight. If you walk to or from school, take the long way instead of a short cut, cut of out the junk food and dont eat after 7. Play outside as much as possible. . .sweat sweat sweat LoL You can also go on a friut diet. . .just eat fruits. . . or eat vegtables checkout this link.
