Scrunching Hair

I try to scrunch my hair but it never stays. It stays for 30 minutes then it turn straight. My hair is thick and kinda wavy. What are some products that are good for scrunching? and how do you scrunch your hiar?

My hair is naturally curly, so I don't have to scrunch it. But anyways, try using a product especially for scrunching hair. If you already are using a product, try a different product. You can usually get that at your local beauty store.

sorry my hair won't really even hold a curl. it can be really hard for girls with thick hair like mine w/o getting a perm

You know what works, olive oil, leave it in over night, then scrunch it in the morning... not to much, not a lot on the roots AT ALL, it'll keep it wet looking.. so never do this on a formal event.
