How do you react to criticism and mean comments from people?

It's just a random question, and I'm interested to see how many people are actually able to ignore and stay above haters and whether it's right and possible, in your opinion, to always do the same thing. Is it sometimes necessary to discuss certain things even though you know the person you're talking to might just never care to understand what you're saying?

If people say shit to me for no actual reason then i'm usually like wait what? what have i done to you? but if they still say shit to me i just either swear at them and tell them to f u or i usually just ignore em and say good for me or good for you, you jealous? They eventually get annoyed and do one. I don't really think talking it out always works, sometimes you gotta ignore em, tell someone or fight em

I would be a smartalik( or however you spell that). I would throw stuff right back. I have a family of 16 and thats what i do. Or show them you dont care and make them look stupid. Find there weak spot.

There is no possible way to ignore hurtful comments, because they are meant to drive deep, and usually they can. I try to laugh them off, or act like I don't care. Everyone has different techniques to deal with it though, such as the ones mentioned before. And yes, sometimes it's important to get things into the air, even if it won't do any good. But other times it's more important not to, to keep from making it worse.
