Looking for new fresh hairstyle. Have any ideas?

Ok I am looking for a new hairstyle. I have really curly poofy hair. Here is a pic of what it kinda looks like only longer to just below my sholders but it always curls up alil higher.

I am thinking about kinda the scene emo hair style. Just the cut not the colors and funkiness. I am not really looking for that kinda style I just love the cut. Or I am thinking about getting thick or semi thick side bangs with long layers. I am also thinking about getting it thinned really good. I am not really looking to straighten it everyday just every so often. Or do you know of any other hairstyles that would be good? I want to keep the length and the curl (most of the time). Oh I also have a round kind full face that I have to work with. Dont want it to look too full. :) Thanks.

Hmmmm....well I can post a couple pictures for some ideas. You could also try to get your hair's pretty much like the oppisite of a perm (it straightens your hair permentley). can try to get some colored hair extensions and clip them in your hair to give it more of a "scene look".

Ninja Nikki I like those hairstyles but I am afraid my hair will not stay that long or look that good when it dries and curls up.

RawryGawrGrr I love those styles and everything but I am so afraid I will end up with a fro (on the days I dont straighten it or worse a humid day) if I get the layers cut to short. But thanks for the pics.
