well drinking more water helps as well as eating less, eating more healthy food etc. you could even try little things like taking the stairs rather then the elevator walking around the hallways with friends at recess etc. Even going to the mall provided you dont gorge on junk food. If you have a Wii I would recomend getting the wii fit, it's a fun way to "excerise"

i also used to to the muscle tension thing while i was at school. you can clench your tummy, butt, and leg muscles hold them for a time then release it's working out w/o all the sweating and it will tone you up

there are certain foods that boost your metabolism (the amount of energy/calories your body burns to maintain itself) and you can loose some weight just by eating them regularly.

the best foods are fruits and the vegetables.

Bottomline: if you're eating the right food you should loose weight without exercise and GIRLS!!!! stay away from drastic diets and slim-down methods cause YOU WON'T LOOSE WEIGHT! an alarm is spread through the body that tries to save you from starvation and starts storing energy and fat as long as it can, so eating less is not the best way to loose weight, having a healthy, balanced diet is the key.

I highly recommend a book I've bought recently written by Mireille Giuliano - French Women Don't Get Fat, with great diet tips and tricks in order to understand our bodies and how things work.

yes i did this ,haha the only other simple safe way is eating right and small portioned:P but of course exercise could be added to give your body that toned firm look:P

n eating right just requires you to control your mind from eating too much ,eating too much ca be caused by stress,boredness,and tiredness.still hungry after a meal? drink water or grab a cereal bar,its the little things that count

Absolutely. start by flushing out your system with like a colon cleanser or something them begin to eat 4-5 small meals every day. make sure you get your fruit and veggies and definatley make sure to eat breakfast. Good Luck:x

yes it's possible. eating mainly fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables can naturally flush out your system. even without exercising, weight loss and trimming up is apparent. if you think of exercise as a chore, you won't like it. find a great dance class, sport, or outside hobby you like to do and it will just maximize your weight loss.
