About
I am a student. I have a wonderful boyfriend. I am a rather average girl... I am a great listener and love to help out and volunteer. I am currently volunteering at the hospital because I have an interest in going into the medical field. Otherwise my life is simple.. just like anyone else's.

Ballerina Diet Tea or Slim Tea?

Has anyone tried it? Its a asian tea that you can buy at the asian supermarket and it is a diet tea. I know some girls drink it after their period so you can kinda detox. It comes in a green box with Ballerinas on it. There is also a Slim Tea. I tried it and it works but it makes you have a sh*t attack.... and trust me and you gooo gooo till your body is empty. Have anyone you ladies tried it? it does not taste bad and it is easy to drink.

Please be careful with Slim Tea. I drank it before rehearsals for a national tour of a Broadway show when the director asked me to lose 10 lbs. I ended up in the hospital after days of diarrhea, high grade fever (104), shakes, fainting spells, and the general feeling that I was going to die. After all was said and done, I owed a few thousand dollars in hospital bills. Do not dehydrate yourself like this. I learned this lesson the hard way! Now to keep my weight down for shows I eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid white flour and sugar, and keep active. I still splurge on desserts and nights out with friends but the next day I just taper back what I eat and hit the gym or an extra dance class. Good luck.
